Last year, Denver Agency, a personal insurance industry thought leader, introduced the world to a new personal lines insurance brand called narrative™. A brand built not from spreadsheets and standardized practices, but from empathy. Our job is to listen, understand, and ultimately help protect the things you hold most dear.

Today, we’d like to share a new piece created to embody the narrative way of doing things. It is a collaboration with spoken word artist, Marshall Davis Jones.

At first glance, it may appear to have been produced as a response to the strange days in which we find ourselves. But it has actually been in the works for quite some time, and, in fact, we considered delaying it until this time passes. But we realized that what it reveals about who we are and who you need us to be is even more relevant now than ever before.

“Empathy is at the heart of everything we do” is the last line of this beautifully crafted collaboration coming from the team at narrative. This ad spot speaks to the human condition of caring, loving and understanding.

It’s truly relatable in its’ universal message and that is precisely why we loved this story and couldn’t wait to share it with you.
